Scope of property activity is diverse as Mr. Worl has "flipped" properties, developed land from it's fully forested status to complex housing developments. He has also conducted several IRC 1031 tax-deferred 3 way exchanges in assisting others improve their wealth position. Mr Worl is involved in assisting landowners move their equity from the land asset class to an income producing asset class via the IRC 1031 rules and regulations. Mr. Worl sold his timberlands in the mid 90's via a 1031 tax-deferred 3 way exchange and currently owns and manages multi-family and single family income producing rental properties in

1987 to 2007 TIMBERNET, INC.
(Founder of TimberNet in 1987) Sold all interest in TimberNet and affiliated companies—MacGregor Land Company and Rural Property Investments, Ltd. in 2007
Activities for these entities included buying and selling timber, timberland and other rural property with various attributes. TimberNet and MacGregor Land Company targeted property acquisitions that were not just pure timber harvesting opportunities but also property with higher and better use potential. Properties that were acquired, developed and/or brokered have ranged from 5 acre lots up to several thousand acres in size. In addition, targeted property had improvements such as homes which were remodeled and then re-sold to the retail home buying market.
