Services for sellers will vary depending on property type.

 

In the marketing of rural properties, we typically use area maps, aerial photos, topographic maps, soil maps, zoning maps and other resources that are available for any specific property. In addition, on timber projects, if there is a timber cruise available then we will include that info. We will also arrange for a cruise to be done, at the sellers'expense, if needed but we are happy to deduct the cruising cost from any commission that we would receive when the property sells.

 

We will also market other investment property such as multi-family projects, ranches or the like. These investments will have their own specific financial pro-formas' outlining the nature of the investment. I intend to add additional selected brokers in the future to build the synergy to market other property types (if you are one of those, please feel free to call me).

 

Single family homes is a major investment with most people and we are set-up to market those types of investments as well. Again, as the opportunity arises we will add additional agents who wish to market the single family home.

 

We have designed this website-www.RealtyInvestorsToday.com   so that both the Washington based Northwest Multiple listing service and the Oregon based RMLS, Inc are in the PROPERTY SEARCH function. If you click on Property Search...you will see what I mean.

 

If you are the seller of a property in the state of Washington , it is A MUST that you also have your property exposed to the Oregon based RMLS. Not many Washington brokers are members of the RMLS.  As of Nov. 1, 2010 there are 11,500 sales associates or brokers in this multiple listing service and each one of them has their following of BUYERS. The RMLS also attracts buyers from California that are seeking to buy in the northwest.

 

If you are the seller of a property in the state of Oregon,  I can't list your property on the Washington NWMLS site, but I can list it on my site via the RMLS and Washington brokers using my site will be able to also take a look at your property. Why is this important? Because as of November 1, 2010----there are 22,686 sales associates or brokers in the state of Washington that use the NWMLS! They too have their following of buyers!

 

In addition, I have created unique on-site property signs plus directional signs specific for rural property projects.  The idea is to get the people on to the property! On site flyers are sometimes used but not always as I want the buyers to call about a specific property via the signage. 

 

These are just a few ways that we can help you in marketing your property.  Each property is unique and we are happy to put together a customizable plan for you.
